Modernizing how patients book imaging appointments

The Challenge

Prime Diagnostic Imaging's scheduling workflows for imaging appointments ran on aging infrastructure, and the front end was tightly coupled to an older Angular setup.

My Approach

I built Node.js web services to handle appointment booking across imaging modalities, and migrated the legacy Angular application to a decoupled React front-end with a separate Node.js back end. I implemented ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance across every patient-facing and internal platform.

The Result

- Modernized appointment booking across multiple imaging modalities

- Full ADA/WCAG compliance across all internal tools with responsive mobile access
