DreamTrips.com needed pixel-accurate production pages built from design-team style guides, on a schedule that required tight coordination across a distributed team.

My Approach

I led front-end/UI delivery for DreamTrips.com, coordinating Jira tasks, daily stand-ups, and communication with the project manager, while translating style guides and digital comps into pixel-accurate HTML/CSS production pages. I also mentored junior developers throughout the engagement.
